buneary/lopunny and all 'flowery' pokemon. also includes psyduck/golduck, torchic, Farfetch'd, togepi/Togetic, Chansey/blissey, Exeggcute/exeggutor, and Wigglytuff

Rules:
~ If you've already won a contest this season, you will recieve the all the Prizes given EXCEPT The ribbon.
~ pokemon must be of the allowed type or else you face a hefty penalty and potentially disqualification. if you are unsure, PM me with your choice and ill tell you if its fine.

Round 1) Judging ~ Just Simply Show off your moves to Judges to be Judged.
Round 2) Battle With Judge ~ A real 1v1 battle with the Judge. If you don't KO our pokemon (Who will be one of the "Allowed" pokemon, you will be disqualified.
Round 3) Battle of the finalists ~ The last one standing wins the ribbon. Pokemon used must be the same pokemon used in the first two rounds.

Grand Festival qualifying ribbon
one shiny lopunny, nature and moveset of your choice. OT of SHAYCHU

Sign-ups will continue until 7:00 PM US Central Time on March 21st. co-judge would be greatly appreciated
