Lol it's true.. not alot of CB activity VERY LATELY . people seem to go on alot, just not at the same time. I think its the FORUM activity that's effecting the CB activity. So if we can boost that, there should be more ppl on the CB.. unless they're just too laze to go on the CB..

i stopped going on chat as often because whenever i would go on, conversation was always super random.
that and i dont have as much time to sit in a chat box and watch people talk

If I saw someone on the Chatbox I'd give off a legitimate conversation if they'd like that. The few times I've been on the Chatbox(I'm new here) I've seen nobody on it. =/

Not possible, and not necessary. Consider time zone differences as well as other users' plans for the day, and couple it with the fact that most chatbox encounters occur sporadically, and...yeah.
