That was Cirrus's point some time ago, before I changed the tier names on the server we have. I told him naming them OverUSED, UnderUSED, NeverUSED on a tiering structure NOT BASED OFF OF USAGE is a stupid idea. Thankfully, he listened. It kills me when people say what I quoted, establish proper tiers based on power, and then name them based off usage. It makes no sense.
