Project: Clean Up Shaychu

About the third go at this project, but hey, it's necessary.

Post any ideas you have to clean up Shaychu, and make it more active and better than ever. Also, post your opinions on the ideas listed.

Remove all "Shaychu Achievements", and start over. It would get rid of everyone's ribbons and trophies and stuff, but with a fresh start it would be much more organized.
Bring back Shaychu News. It was a good idea really. We could make it a bit more professional though.
All the current gym leaders should be tested. if they can't pull of a decent battle (I don't mean they have to win), they should be given some time to train, then retested. I'm not saying we need kickass GL's, but you need some who have decent battling skills. If they do not pass the 2nd test, or just don't take it at all (unless there's a reason like Ace's DS in currently in a pool o3o), then just get rid of them. Theres no need to have GLs not doing anything.
Do the same for the E4
Try and do Shaychu tiers again. Smogon's tiers are fail, so I just think tiers for Shaychu are in order.
Try and have monthly contests and/or tournaments, that don't end halfway through.

Deleting everyone's achievements would make them less likely to want to even try again, IMO. If we delete them now, who's to say we won't do it in the future, and make the achievements near useless? Achievements should be permanent if they're even worthy of being recorded.

One idea may be to have contests and things approved by a staff or something, which would make people less likely to do this kind of thing. It sound pretty imposing, I do agree, which is why it might not be a good idea.

Some of the ideas seem good to me... but i agree with Cirrus on the not taking ppls achievments away... it would be sad, and those people deserved it =]

Ok, we wont get rid of them, but the ones we make from now on will be much more organized.

And btw: did you draw that zebra pokemon thing? ((I know it's from black & white but I dunno his name.))

Here's some new things that have been added to Shaychu:

You can now COLOR you're topics! So when you look at a forum, you choose the color of the topic.

You can also add a description so if you're topic says "Epic Battle", the description can say, "Me vs SKYxShaymin". Or something along those lines.

And I made a new banner. It isn't very good but hey, I tried.
