Pokémon 5th Gen First Impressions

After playing the game on a rom, I can safely say that Pokémon Black and White is awesome! The music is great, the Pokémon aren't anywhere near as bad as people said they'd be (shame there aren't any previous pokes though), the graphics are awesome, the list just goes on and on. I haven't actually have any triple/rotation battles yet, but I sure am looking forward to them xD The place itself is firetrucking massive. Every route (almost every route) has a side path to it with loads of stuff to do, it's really cool ^_^

Team Plasma are the worst of the Teams so far, carrying on with the general trend of Pokémon bad guy teams.

I can't wait to get the game in English and understand the storyline, which appears to be much darker than the previous games.

B&W isn't bad. It's much more realistic than other games what with bridges and roads and cars and such. Some of the Pokemon don't look as hot as I thought they would, but the new type combos are just epic. Ghost / Fire, Ghost / Ground, Ice / Dragon....

I'm kinda annoyed they brought in a pure flying type. It can't use Roost >.>

7 maybe it is not that the new legendaries look like digimon, maybe it is the digimon who look like the pokemon.
