Shaychu Tiers: REVAMP

We're re-starting Shaychu Tiers because of Black and White. We will be discussing all pokemon, and be placing them into NU, UU, BL, OU, and Uber. Once decided, we will begin making Movesets with them, to be used on the Shaychu.net site when created.

like, if PIKACHU can beat 51+% of NU, it should go to UU, and so on, and so on. :|

^This is what I have so far on my personal Pokemon Online server, lol. If you only want SIX tiers (jerk), Bottom Tier can be re-named to Basic Tier.
Names are changed because it would be stupid if they were called overUSED and not be based off of USAGE.
