CAP 1 ~ Sprite Submissions

This is the section where we post our sprites to represent the Shaychu Hybrid.



Typing: Grass/Electric
Ability: Serene Grace
Stat Spread: 110/95/95/150/50/140

Rules for Sprite Submissions:

* 1) Sprites should resemble the art posted above. It does not need to be an exact rendition of every detail of the design; "artistic license" is granted to all spriters. However, drastic deviation from the selected art design is discouraged.

* 2) All sprites have a maximum size of 100x100.

* 3) All sprites must have a complete, unbroken, distinguishable outline. It does not need to be a black outline, but it must be clearly distinguishable from the adjacent interior colors of the sprite. Look at the in-game sprites for examples.

* 4) Sprites must be in PNG format.

* 5) Use transparent backgrounds if possible

* 6) Do not alter, fuse, recolor or otherwise modify another spriter's submission – unless the original artist explicitly gives permission.

*Right now, you just have to make the Front Non-Shiny Sprite. No Male/Female Sprites are nessecary because Shaychu is genderless. The winner with the Front NS Sprite will be asked to make a:

• Front Non-Shiny Sprite
  
• Front Shiny Sprite
  
• Back Non-Shiny Sprite
  
• Back Shiny Sprite

*Can you make a Front Shiny Sprite, same sprite just shiny colors? Thanks, no hard work really just a recoloring.*

Now that this is kind of done (except for Trainer's view sprite and shiny), is someone gonna edit the pokemon into a save game file to test it? It would be hard, but I'm sure Variant or Cirrus could do it. .-.

No, these CAPs are for another Special Project, not for ROM Hacks, sorry. :3

These Pokemon are going to be placed into a FireRed ROM hack, with all completely original pokemon that we create.

So in other words, I need some real sprites for this. This 'Shaychu' is going to be the main legendary of the game. The entire game is based off the Shaychu Community. :]

So, I need some real sprites, and make them more to look like the one at the top. As you can see, the base pokemon of the one up to is a Shaymin, with Pikachu features, not a pikachu with shaymin features.

I need a Front, Front Shiny, Back, and Back Shiny sprite. No females needed cuz this will be genderless.

No, No. Those a PIKACHU based. As I clearly posted, Shaymin base, Pikachu features.
